No fly-by-night or fad personality, Rena Greenberg has been helping people make positive life changes for a very long time. Since 1990, Wellness Seminars have been offered to the public and to employees of over 65 Florida and Michigan hospitals and privately to employees of over 100 major corporations and city governments. More than 100,000 people have used our smoking cessation and weight control programs to achieve their goals and transform their lives.

Rena Greenberg, President of Wellness Seminars, Inc., is a graduate of City University of New York at Brooklyn College. Prior to founding Wellness Seminars, Ms. Greenberg worked as a biofeedback therapist both in private practice and at The Hospital of Joint Disease in New York City.

Ms.Greenberg holds two certifications in hypnosis from both The Eastern NLP Institute and the National Guild of Hypnotists, as well as biofeedback certification from the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. She is also a certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Ms. Greenberg is a member of the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback and The National Guild of Hypnotists.
